Jill Wesley has worked as a corporate trainer, professional speaker and educator for the past 20 years with experience ranging from executive coaching to delivering presentations to groups of 1,000. She is the founder of Culturally Speaking workplace communication and presentation skills training programs. She is committed to developing employees and teaching practical strategies to increase productivity and increase your company’s bottom line. As a corporate consultant she has led over 2,000 professional development programs in communication, management, diversity and cross-cultural training to over 75,000 mid- and executive-level managers and their employees. She is an experienced professional speaker and has delivered more than 250 keynote presentations at conferences in the U.S. and abroad

She has a genuine passion for helping others and an ability to relate to diverse groups of employees, having trained professionals from 70 different countries. Her area of expertise is intercultural communication and she has worked in 25 countries for extended periods of time over the past 20 years. She spent six years overseas living and working in Europe, Australia, Asia and South America and she continues to do a significant amount of international work today.

Jill’s experience ranges from teaching Communication, Management, and Global Effectiveness (“Working Around the World”) courses at California State University, Long Beach, to working as Director of Community Outreach and Education for a nonprofit organization. She received her M.A. in Speech and Interpersonal Communication from New York University and her B.A. in Social Science from University of Southern California. She specializes in workplace communication, presentation skills training, executive coaching, team building, and valuing diversity programs.
